Conclusion
In conclusion, our group found that all three of the women coaches said that time management is the one thing that is their biggest challenge. Coaching is much more than telling people what to do, it is about mentoring their players to help them become the best athletes and people that they have the potential to become. We have also seen that there are many different things to consider in terms of the types of inequalities that women may face in the coaching field. Some women may encounter these things while they are young athletes, and other may not see these things until they are in the coaching world; either way, that is something that they have to consider at some point in their lives. We saw that this would be a great feminist issue to examine because there are only three head coaches at the University of Georgia. In this research, we have found that women face challenges unlike head male coaches, but this has only helped them advance in their careers.
